This 4-week program is designed to help individuals look inward to find clarity and enhance personal self-awareness. Mastering your mindset is the first step toward personal growth and transformation. This program is designed to uncover the limiting beliefs and fears binding us to complacency. It focuses on examining and recalibrating dysfunctional relationships in our lives, either human or material, e.g., food, drugs, alcohol, gambling, shopping, assists in the development and adoption of healthier behaviors patterns, and helps to dispel unhealthy habits from our lives.
Life and relationship coaching programs are tailored and personalized to meet the needs and objectives of each client or couple.
